Dr. John C. Minichetti, Director of Implant and Reconstructive Dentistry of Englewood, has years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, implantology, and prosthetic reconstruction. Dr. Minichetti graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey where he finished first in his class. He then completed a post-doctoral specialized training program at the Mount Sinai Medical Center. He has been the recipient of numerous awards including those for oral medicine, pharmacology and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Dr. Minichetti has published many scientific articles and he has received his fellowship in several academics. He is a faculty member of Englewood Hospital and Mount Sinai Hospital, and formerly was at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Besides his outstanding academic and clinical skills, Dr. Minichetti is committed to his practice and patients foremost.

Dr. Minichetti has trained with some of the world's most prominent Dental Specialists. He is a member of several prominent associations.

He is rapidly becoming known as Bergen County's leading dentist for people who want to relax through their dental treatment.

Dr. Hong is a long time resident of Bergen County who grew up in Closter and currently resides in Englewood Cliffs. Dr.Hong attended Boston College for her undergraduate studies and graduated from SUNY School of Dental Medicine at Stony Brook. She completed her residency at Englewood Hospital and has more than five years of private practice experience. Currently, Dr. Hong serves as Treasurer and Secretary of the Bergen County Dental Implant Study group. She is excited for the opportunity to serve the people of the community she knows so well.
 
Dr. Hong is proud to be a part of the leading edge technology dental group with an ultra modern office that boasts six patient rooms along with a separate oral surgery room. More importantly, Dr. Hong is proud of her friendly and professional staff that will serve all of her patient's needs. Dr. Joseph D’Amore, who resides in North Bergen, NJ. Dr. D’Amore is a general dentist who practices cosmetic, pediatric, endodontic, and prosthetic dentistry. Dr. D’Amore completed his graduate studies at the New York University College of Dentistry where he received top honors. He completed a surgical externship program at Bellevue Medical Center, a well-known trauma center in Manhattan. Dr. D’Amore then finished a postdoctoral specialized training program at Hackensack University Medical Center, before joining Englewood Dental. Dr. D’Amore has been the recipient of numerous awards, including New York University Bernard E. Rudner Memorial Award for superior performance in oral comprehensive care and the NYU President’s Award for Community Service with the Italian Dental Society. Dr. D’Amore maintains a private practice in general, cosmetic, implant, and reconstructive dentistry in Englewood, NJ. Dr. D’Amore is fluent in both the Italian and Spanish languages.

He will be our orthodontist specialist, working alongside our doctors to provide all of our patients with the most comprehensive care possible within one office. Dr. Wu is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, including the Long Island Academy of Odontology Award for Clinical and Academic Excellence, the OKU Dental Honor Society, the Dentsply Award for NYU tabletop research and the NYU Dean's Student Research Award. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthodontists, the American Dental Academy, the AAOF Vanguard Society and many others.

Dr. Evan Schwarz, a Prosthodontic Specialist, is an important part of Englewood Dental's special team. A prosthodontist is a dentist who specializes in prosthodontics, the specialty of implant, aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry. Prosthodontists specialize in the restoration of oral function by creating prostheses and restorations (i.e., complete dentures, crowns, implant retained/supported restorations). Cosmetic dentistry, implants and joint problems all fall under the field of prosthodontics.  At the Center for Implants and Aesthetics, Dr. Schwarz plays an integral role in providing patients cutting edge, comprehensive restorative work.

Dr. Schwarz completed his specialty training at Columbia University after receiving his dental training at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.  His undergraduate degree was earned at Johns Hopkins University in Biomedical Engineering and Materials Science and Engineering. 

Dr. Schwarz has served as a Clinical Instructor at Columbia School of Dental and Oral Surgery and as a Clinical Teaching Assistant at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

The recipient of numerous academic awards for high achievement, professionalism, strength of character and clinical excellence in Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry, Dr. Schwarz brings considerable experience and talent to the team. 

Dr. Schwarz has also volunteered his talents in professional organizations and to help underprivileged and special needs youngsters. 

Dr. Narmatha Sinnarajah is a pediatric dentist with expertise in the unique needs of children and adolescents. She understands that children are not simply small adults. To best provide them with optimum dental care, she knows that young patients require special techniques and a gentle touch. She believes that establishing a “dental home” by age 1 is important for maintaining excellent dental health. Dr. Sinnarajah maintains that building a trusting relationship takes time but is essential to avoid causing a lifetime of dental fears.

Dr. Sinnarajah serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University. In addition to teaching, she performs cases requiring extensive dental care under general anesthesia in the operating room. She has presented at the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry Annual Session and has been published in the leading journal of pediatric dentistry.

Dr. Sinnarajah gained extensive clinical experience in oral conscious sedation, interceptive orthodontics and operating room dentistry while completing her pediatric dental residency at Columbia University Medical Center. She also received training in behavioral management of children with special needs. She is certified in both laser dentistry and Invisalign ® invisible braces.  

Dr. Sinnarajah graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, where she completed her degree with a concentration in pediatric dentistry. She served as class president for three years and was a teaching assistant. She received numerous prestigious awards and scholarships, including the Pierre Fauchard Foundation Scholarship.

The Children's Dental Health Center at Englewood Dental is located conveniently right off of Route 4. The office is brand new and is dedicated to the treatment of children and adolescents. It adjoins The Center for Implants and Aesthetics at Englewood Dental, where a highly skilled team performs implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, conscious sedation, and all phases of general dentistry. The Center for Implants and Aesthetics has prided itself on providing their patients with cutting edge dentistry under one roof for over twenty years.

Dr. Sinnarajah works with Dr. David Wu, Englewood Dental's orthodontic specialist, Dr. John Minichetti, director of Englewood Dental, Dr. Anna Hong and Dr. Joseph D'Amore. In addition, she performs surgical cases with Dr. Nadine Keegan, Englewood Dental's board-certified anesthesiologist, in the office's fully equipped operating room.
